Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on the website Chaosid.shop, produced and printed on demand via the Shopify platform and the print provider Gelato.

2. Products
All items are made to order (print-on-demand). Minor variations in colour, rendering or placement may occur depending on printing processes and screen display settings.

3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders
All orders are final once payment has been validated. Given the on-demand manufacturing process, orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

5. Payment
Payment is secured via Shopify Payments or the available payment providers (such as PayPal). No banking data is stored by the publisher.

6. Delivery
Products are printed and then shipped by Gelato and its carrier partners. Usual delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days depending on destination. These delays are indicative and may vary independently of the site publisher.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order. No returns or refunds are possible in the case of a simple change of mind.

8. Returns and claims

Given the nature of the products offered, made to order (print-on-demand), returns for change of mind, wrong size or any reason not related to a defect in the product are not accepted.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

However, in the event of a manufacturing defect, printing error, product damaged during delivery, or an item that does not match the order placed, the customer may request a replacement or a refund.

To do so, the customer must contact customer support at: contact@chaosid.shop within 14 days of receipt, providing:

  • The order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photographs clearly showing the defect or error
  • After verification, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost
  • If replacement is not possible, a full or partial refund may be offered
  • No physical return of the product is required, except in exceptional cases specified by customer support

9. Personal data
The data required to process orders are transmitted to Shopify and Gelato as data processors, in compliance with the GDPR. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property
All visuals, illustrations, logos and content on the website are protected by copyright. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the user may refer the matter to a consumer mediator or to the competent courts.
